The care and attention we pay to the items you order starts from the packaging stage in order to reduce the probability of damage during transport as much as possible.
The articles are sent under your responsibility, but all packaging is suitably large and the contents are well protected.
In case you want to make use of an insured shipment, do not hesitate to contact us when ordering; our staff is at your complete disposal.
Shipping
Shipping is usually entrusted to the courier within one working day of receiving the order, if the goods purchased are available, otherwise the waiting time for the products is visible in each individual product sheet.
Once the goods have been entrusted to the courier, we will simultaneously send you the traceability code to enable you to monitor the path of your package in total autonomy.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs and transport takes place via express courier selected by us, with a variable cost based on the weight of the items and the place of delivery.
Delivery
Once the order has been completed and payment has been made, the days necessary for the goods to arrive at their destination can vary from 1 to 4 days.
We continuously update our warehouse, but in the case of unavailable items, the times could be lengthened, therefore in the case of the purchase of one or more of these items, we will undertake to warn you of any delivery slip, and to continue with the order only after your confirmation.
Average delivery times are usually 1/2 days (national territory) and 3/4 days (international shipments).
