Tips & Tricks: What to wear for special occasions
Some suggestions to help you choose clothing for special occasions such as baptisms, weddings and communions.
Sometimes looking for something for your little one on the most important occasions can become really stressful, but to minimize the effort just follow a few small precautions to make the search a fun and sharing moment with your children.
1. The season and the weather → Always keeping in mind seasonality and the climate is the main factor in choosing clothing both in terms of fabrics and look.
2. The context → Every occasion or anniversary requires more or less formal clothing based on the type of ceremony or context in which it is celebrated.
3. The choice of fabrics → Always prefer natural fabrics that are breathable and comfortable to wear.
4. The choice of look → Elegance and style can go hand in hand, but without exaggerating, try not to sacrifice too much the comfort and freedom of movement of your *children*
5. Accessories → Add details that make them feel unique and special (better if coordinated with the clothing) such as hair bands, barrettes, bow ties or ties (better if with snap buttons to make use practical).
6. Let the children participate in the choice → Without exaggerating obviously, but it is very important to know how to find a common ground without having to force them to wear something that is not really to their taste.
Generally speaking, skirts and t-shirts and loose dresses for girls and shorts or rompers for boys will be the perfect choice for any occasion, just opt for a classic cut for a more refined look.
